This class will actually take place in Opti-U and the chairs will be used for balance and as a challenge.  Think functional strength designed to help you stay flexible, mobile and independent!


Chair Yoga

Tuesday 10:00 - 10:50 in Opti-U

Instructor: Erika Lillie

This class is designed specifically for our senior members who have requested it, and is part of our Anti-Aging Senior Series. We will focus on flexibility and balance as we move through poses designed to improve range of motion in our neck, shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles. We will be both seated and standing while using chairs for added stability and support. Exercise balls and various props will also be used on occasion.


Cardio

Wednesdays 10:15 - 11:00 in Group Cycle

Instructor: Kim Moses

Learn how to use our hi-tech indoor cycles and how to comfortably ride for up to 30 minutes.  Actual riding will last 20-30 minutes max and detail to comfort on the bike will be the focus.  Non-impact cardio perfect for the anti-aging series.


Zumba

Thursdays 10:30 - 11:15 in Mind Body Studio

Instructor: Cora Stork

Enjoy a fun and upbeat class! The instructor will give a detailed breakdown of each dance routine followed by the dance.
