Opti-U is a program designed to improve the quality of our member’s lives through lessons on Nutrition, Fitness, Relationships, Communication, Time, Rejuvenation, Celebration, Finance and Purpose. Sessions are integrative, interactive and designed to build upon each member’s life experiences and journey. Opti-Life staff and community presenters guide members through each session and offer individual coaching throughout the session.

Focus will be Vision Board - We will have boards but bring along any magazines. brochures and pictures to help start your board. We will talk about goals and creating a vision for the future!
The Lord's Diner exists to combat hunger in the community. The Diner's singular mission is to serve a nutritious meal with dignity and respect to anyone who is hungry. Will be greeting, filling waters, bussing tables - and we need 15 Opti-Life member volunteers!
Toxins are harmful substances for your body. Do you know that environmental toxins have been linked to over 80% of all chronic illnesses? How toxic is Kansas? In this talk, Dr. Henry will discuss toxins that she has found to be very common among her patients who have been tested, including heavy metals like mercury, lead, tin, and cadmium as well as various plastics and pesticides. She will discuss how to reduce our risks for toxin exposures, and more importantly, ways to test for your body’s toxic burden and how to get rid of them (detox).

AFAA’s G.E.A.R (Grip Endurance Alignment Resistance) onsite WORKSHOP combines theoretical knowledge, practical training and creative ideas to help you design safe and effective indoor cycling classes. During this onsite course you’ll learn cycling biomechanics and physiology, as well as a variety of drills and techniques with an emphasis on long-term safety, injury prevention and results.
