Rejuvenation Spa by Opti-Life is a beautiful 2,000 sq.ft. facility dedicated to helping you stay healthy in both body and mind. Providing facials, massages and a variety of body treatments that will reduce stress and rejuvenate you from the inside out. We use an extensive line of organic skin care products designed for a variety of skin types and needs. Every product is full of vitamins, fruit acids and bioflavonoids combined with other active ingredients to treat, nourish and beautify the skin.
SLIMFIT Challenges

Metabolic syndrome is a group of risk factors that increase a person’s risk of diabetes, heart disease, stroke and more. Our SlimFit challenge is developed to help reverse metabolic syndrome by creating positive eating habits and promoting proper body weight and overall health.

The purpose of this member driven group is to share what activities and interests you are doing now or want to pursue with the additional time you will have in this stage of your life. Come share ideas on how to stay engaged in the community and in life.
This class will provide step-by-step instruction for Downward Facing Dog and other poses that use the hands for weight-bearing such as Cat/Cow, Plank, and Side-Plank. Modifications for these poses will be provided as a way to make them a bit easier for people who are new to yoga.

This group will meet once a month to practice mindfulness and meditation techniques designed to relax the mind and body. A regular practice can result in better sleep, improved health, increased feelings of joy, more harmony in relationships, increased energy, clarity, and much more.

Opti-Life will be hosting a 32 team double elimination tournament! Bring your teams and if you don’t have a team and want to be a part of the fun come and we will be putting teams together!
Using a rack of clothing from local fashion stores, professional stylist Carrie Trieschman will demonstrate how to use color, shape, proportion and detailing to slim our bodies visually.
