During your consultation we’ll discuss your goals, why they’re important to you, and various nutritional questions to help establish a baseline.
From there, we’ll move onto a brief movement assessment and an InBody scan which gives us an in depth look of exactly where you’re at. Besides showing your weight and bodyfat, this scan will allow us to see where you’re holding your muscle, your fat, and a few indicators for potential health concerns. No matter your goal, my job is to help educate you with everything Opti-Life has to offer and set you on a path for success.
By the end, you’ll know exactly where you’re at, where you’re trying to get to, and a map of how to get there.

Born and raised in Derby, KS with a background in high school athletics in basketball, football, and track. Fitness has always been a part of my life, especially with my mom being a personal trainer for over 20 years. After foregoing college athletics, I went to Kansas State University studying kinesiology, and ended up finishing with a degree in Marketing. My time there was spent as a Student Manager for the Kansas State Men’s Basketball Team, but found myself helping out more with the Strength and Conditioning department. I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for almost 10yrs ranging from training, teaching classes, and being a consultant. My passion is helping people reach their health and fitness goals, and creating a lifestyle that they can sustain.
