Thank you for volunteering to help with our summer membership drive, Opti-Palooza Friend-A-Thon!
We will be having our kick-off meeting this Sunday, June 3rd from 6:30pm-8pm in our Opti-U room. During this time we will discuss logistics of campaign, rules, and prizes that will be available.
We will also be handing out the Palooza 30-day member referral cards to all teams at this meeting! The campaign will officially kick-off the following day, Monday, June 4th. We’d love to have you in attendance at the Sunday meeting to ensure you receive all pertinent information and the Palooza cards.
This will also give you an opportunity to meet your team captain, team members, and strategize on ways to get the most people through the door!
Remember, the grand prize for the 1st place team is $5,000 CASH! There are many awesome prizes available that we would love for you to have an opportunity to win!
WINNING TEAM (minimum of 50 referred by each team)
1st prize - $5000 cash to be split evenly among team.
2nd prize - $2000 gift card and $1000 spa credit to be split evenly among team.
3rd prize - $100 spa credit for each person.
WINNING INDIVIDUAL (minimum of 10 referred)
1st prize - $1500 cruise voucher
2nd prize - $500 KC get away
3rd prize- $200 Opti-Life gift card
PRIZES available for ALL individuals who refer a minimum of 10 people
1 FREE 60-minute spa service (massage/facial/colonics)
To receive credit your name must be given at time of guest sign up. Either filled out on the card or mentioned by the guest at sign up.
Daily leaderboard will be posted on team page along with media kit.
Team captains responsible for communicating with team members with updates. Questions from team members should go to team captain first.
