We will begin with a sound clearing with the gong and didgeridoo, to remove the static and blockages from your energy field. Joshua will then channel the angelic tones and energetic frequencies to connect you with your divine blueprint. From there, in group unity, we will tone with our voices together to amplify our collective resonance.

This class will touch on important areas of prenatal and postnatal exercise. We will go over the benefits of exercise for mom, baby, labor & delivery, and postpartum recovery. We will learn the importance of the core & pelvic floor and practice some exercises to incorporate. We will go over the “Do’s and Don’ts” of exercise and how to use your fitness routine to help gear up for labor & delivery. We will also be discussing realistic ways to lose weight while breastfeeding.

We are going to make 3 different types of dark Belgian chocolate truffles: Creamy Dark, Peanut Butter Dreams, and Raspberry Rose. Opti-Cares: Food 4 Kids

A Kid-Friendly School-based Program – Because the most essential school supply is food. Food 4 Kids was established for students who are food insecure and who are not getting sufficient food outside of school on a regular basis. The Food Bank provides food and supplies to Food 4 Kids schools in Kansas, which are operated in partnership with community schools. The Food 4 Kids program allows participating schools to receive food and backpacks from the Kansas Food Bank at no cost so that we can provide food to chronically hungry children.

What we don’t realize is that arthritis is not inevitable. It can be avoided if we make the right choices now.
