In this talk, Dr. Henry will discuss toxins that she has found to be very common among her patients who have been tested, including heavy metals like mercury, lead, tin, and cadmium as well as various plastics and pesticides. She will discuss how to reduce our risks for toxin exposures, and more importantly, ways to test for your body’s toxic burden and how to get rid of them (detox).

Due to the popularity and feedback from Opti members who attended the talk “Fat Loss, not Weight Loss”, Dr. Henry will repeat her presentation focusing on fasting. This talk will be presented in a much more intimate and informal setting for Anti-aging tribe members, but are open to anyone who is interested. Dr. Henry will go into details with step-by-step tips for beginners to get in to fasting. Topics for discussion include: what drinks are okay during fast, what foods are best to break your fast, when to exercise during fasting, and vitamins/supplements to make your fasting that are geared towards fat loss easier and more successful.
