The purpose of this member driven group is to share what activities and interests you are doing now or want to pursue with the additional time you will have in this stage of your life. Come share ideas on how to stay engaged in the community and in life.
This class will provide step-by-step instruction for Downward Facing Dog and other poses that use the hands for weight-bearing such as Cat/Cow, Plank, and Side-Plank. Modifications for these poses will be provided as a way to make them a bit easier for people who are new to yoga.

An introduction a "Yoga Flow" style of class. The pace will be slow for beginners with extra instruction on the transitions between poses. Instruction will provide tips that will make the transitions a bit easier for people who are new to the practice.

You CAN have it all! Come start the night with margaritas and a taco bar followed by a chocolate demonstration by Michael Hammers. We are going to make 3 different types of dark Belgian chocolate truffles: Creamy Dark, Peanut Butter Dreams, and Raspberry Rose. After a brief tutorial, you will be invited to make your own bites of chocolate heaven. Did we mention that these are guilt free? We’re going to be using alternative ingredients that still taste AMAZING, but that don’t add any sugar or cholesterol.

Postural distortions make you vulnerable to pain and injury. Tips and tricks to function and feeling better.
We'll include light stretching yoga, meditation, 3 key speakers, growth development activities, and we'll have active participation with dynamic speakers, therapists, life coaches and a community of women empowering each other on a variety of topics. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be catered from local restaurants! We'll finish off your day with wine, non-alcohol beverages and appetizers.
We'll include light stretching yoga, meditation, 3 key speakers, growth development activities, and we'll have active participation with dynamic speakers, therapists, life coaches and a community of women empowering each other on a variety of topics. An introduction to standing poses commonly found in a yoga class. This class will offer formal instruction on the difference between Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 in addition to other poses such as Pyramid and Triangle Pose. Modifications for these poses will be provided as a way to make them a bit easier for people who are new to yoga.

Want to learn more about mindfulness and meditation? This workshop will provide an introduction to a beginner’s level meditation practice with applications for daily life. Mindfulness 101 will offer instruction on the basics of Mindfulness with the opportunity to participate in brief, guided meditation practices. Beginners are welcome, no previous meditation experience required to attend. Please wear comfortable clothing. Why mindfulness? Mindfulness does not require that we “sit still” or “stop thinking” to reap the benefits of the practice. It simply asks that we be present in the moment. The Mindfulness practice refines our attention so we can connect fully to whatever life brings.

RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
