  • Opti-Life 9758 East 21st Street North Wichita, KS, 67226 United States (map)

Are you Toxic? Being toxic can make you fat, fatigued, forgetful, foolish and frail.

Toxins are harmful substances for your body. Do you know that environmental toxins have been linked to over 80% of all chronic illnesses? How toxic is Kansas? In this talk, Dr. Henry will discuss toxins that she has found to be very common among her patients who have been tested, including heavy metals like mercury, lead, tin, and cadmium as well as various plastics and pesticides. She will discuss how to reduce our risks for toxin exposures, and more importantly, ways to test for your body’s toxic burden and how to get rid of them (detox).

Part 1 (June 16) will focus on the What, Where and Why – what and where are the common toxins around us and why they are harmful to humans.

Part 2 (June 30) will focus on the How – practical ways to reduce your toxin exposure, diagnostic tests to assess your body’s toxic burden, and ways to detox.
