Splash Away, Splash Away, Splash Away All!
50 yard warm up
timed 50 yard sprint upper body, pull buoy (choice stroke) calculate half the time and add 10 seconds (T1=pull)
timed 50 yard sprint, lower body, kick board (choice kick) calculate half the time and add 10 seconds (T2=kick)
Set 1 = 25 yard easy pull (choice stroke) followed by 25 yard sprint pull (keep time under T1 time)
Goal = 12x
Set 2 = 25 yard easy kick (choice kick) followed by 25 yard sprint kick (keep under T2 time)
Goal = 12x
