Sorry everyone ….another HIIT workout! (psst that is my specialty)
This one is on the cardio rowing machine and will make a man out of anyone!
Start by rowing to warm up, nice and easy about 5 minutes.
Row at 800-1000kcal/hr 10 x. Recover by rowing 15 x at 500kcal/hr. Do this a total of 10 times. So 10 hard, 15 easy, 10x total.
V-sit one minute.
Row at 800-1000kcal/hr 15x. Recover by rowing 10x at 500kcal/hr. Do this a total of 15 times. So 15 hard, 10 easy, 15 times.
Plank one minute.
Row at 800-1000kcal/hr 20x. Recover by rowing 10x at 500kcal/hr. Do this a total of 20 times. So 20 hard, 10 easy, 20 times.
