This class starts with treadmill work for about 30 minutes and then finishes with focused core work and stretching. A strong core is the key to good running technique and this class will help improve both.

Target tight and tired muscles with foam rollers and other equipment. The instructor will guide you through techniques to help release the myofascial and tight muscles to help decrease inflammation, shorten recovery time, and increase mobility.

Derived from ballet barre training, this upbeat, fun class is a fusion of Pilates, yoga and barre. Combining strength, stretching and balancing with no impact. Barre targets the muscles by using full range of motion movements to lengthen and tone the muscles creating a long lean streamlined look.
Mat Pilates Plus | 45 min
A full body conditioning program compromised of a series of approximately 500 designed movements performed on a mat and/or Reformer (this is a mat class only take the Reformer out of it). Improve strength, flexibility, balance, control and muscular symmetry
PIYO | 45 min | Mind Body Studio
Define every inch of your body without bulking up straining your joints. You’ll perform low impact, high intensity moves to get your strength, flexibility and cardio all in one workout! No weights. No jumps. Just hardcore results.
Power Flow Yoga | 60 min
A challenging yoga flow class that promotes strength and stamina within the body. Special attention is paid to alignment and core work in each class.
Sunset Yoga | 60 min | Rooftop Terrace (weather permitting, or in Mind Body Studio)
Following the movement of the sun, we will begin with energetic Yang yoga to energize the body and mind, paying respect to the energy we built during the day. Then as the sun sets, we will follow its example and begin to let go of what has accumulated throughout the day, moving into a calmer and slower Yin practice. Finally we will end with singing bowl meditation.
Warm Flow Yoga | 60 min
A fluid yoga class in which a series of yoga poses are linked together through breath and movement. The room temperature is set to 85 degrees to assist in warming, lengthening and detoxifying the body.
Gentle Yoga | 30 min
A yoga class developed for people who are new to yoga or prefer a practice with a slower pace. It provides the basic principles for a Vinyasa yoga class while introducing key points for alignment in the poses and breath work.

Yoga for the Inflexible | 60 min
This is an introductory yoga class designed to learn and practice yoga poses while we work to improve flexibility, strength and body awareness.
Easy Does It Yoga
Designed for the individual who require more modifications than a traditional yoga class, addressing certain mobility restrictions. This class is shorter in length and we will do gentle stretches and yoga poses to work on strength, balance and flexibility as well as stress relief. Anyone is welcome!
Yoga for Athletes
This class moves a bit faster and concentrates on those muscles commonly used by the athlete in all of us!
All Terrain | 45 min
This class is designed for all levels of cycle enthusiasts! Join the group and experience hill climbs, sprints, intervals and rocky roads. You will be in and out of the saddle, driving your legs the beat of the music.
Cycle Circuit | 60 min
On and off the bike for 10 – 15 minute bouts of cardio blended with multi-joint, multi-plane strength exercises. If you don’t like to sit in the saddle for long period of time but love the way indoor cycling gets your heart beating, give this cycle circuit a whirl!
HIIT | 45 min
Want to see some BIG results? Try this workout! Following the ACSM guidelines for high intensity interval training, members will experience bouts of intense work at 80-95% of your maximum heart rate followed by periods of rest at 40 – 50% of your max heartrate. The rest and work ratio will vary and will continue for the entire class. Give it a try!
Power Cycling | 45 min
This class is designed with all levels of cyclists in mind. Join in on the fun! First timers, experienced and advanced riders will enjoy the use of the on board computer to help motivate you to push your limits! Watch your terrain profile on the big screen and monitor your wattage output, heart rate, speed and mileage.
Power Lunch | 45 min
Ride the rolling hills, sprint the flats or keep a strong steady pace! You will be in the capable hands of your cycling instructor who will guide you through the profile of the day.
Cycle Circuit | 60 min

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact, and you can burn up to 675 calories a session.
Aerial Yoga | 60 min
Fairly new practice that modifies traditional yoga poses using the aerial hammock apparatus to encourage deeper stretching, lengthening, strengthening and inversion. The suspended aerial hammock / swing allows gravity to assist in playful, creative and fluid movement without compressing the joints or spine.

Opti-X-Fit is focused on higher intensity and strength combined with metabolic conditioning geared to push the athlete to their limits. Although there may not be as many movements, each workout is specially designed to challenge the athlete, and develop new skills while ensuring form is correct. Members can choose weights according to their abilities and goals. The expectation is that, no matter how long the workout is, the athlete will push 100% each WOD. Every workout is scalable and can be adapted to each member.
