Schedule in Some "Mom Time" - Yes, we are talking about self-care - and it is OK to have some time for yourself. We all know how easy it is to put ourselves on the back burner - so, be intentional about it and schedule your time now. Whether you go for a walk outside, take a Group X Class, sit in the sauna for 30 minutes, read a book or meet a friend for a coffee, do something everyday to refill your cup.

- Make a Plan Ahead of Time - when we don't have a plan it is easy to let convenience rule over our goals - so be intentional and make a plan. We provided one below, feel free to follow this or use it as a template for your own.
- Have a Healthy Snacks Ready - snacks are a great opportunity to get extra protein or veggies in throughout the day. Have a snack drawer full of prepared snacks, fresh fruit, carrots sticks, peanut butter, yogurt or cheese sticks.
- Involve the Littles in the Kitchen - try our a new protein ball recipe and let them help - the time together will be worth the extra mess! Below are a few recipes to try!
