Spring break is an exciting time, but for moms - let's be real - it can be a stressful time. Here are a few tips to help you stay focused and energized.

Be Flexible with Everything! Expect the unexpected and go with the flow - you may be even happier with the new outcome! Kids don't get as bothered by the details as we do, so in the great words of Elsa - Let it Go!

Schedule in Some "Mom Time" - Yes, we are talking about self-care - and it is OK to have some time for yourself. We all know how easy it is to put ourselves on the back burner - so, be intentional about it and schedule your time now. Whether you go for a walk outside, take a Group X Class, sit in the sauna for 30 minutes, read a book or meet a friend for a coffee, do something everyday to refill your cup.

Don't Over Schedule - In the age of Pinterest standards - we want to challenge you to focus on being Present NOT Pinterest. Everyday, doesn't have to have an agenda, let yourself and your kids have space. "Boredom always precedes a period of great creativity." Robert M. Pirsig
