Why did you join Opti-Life?

I decided to join Opti-life because i wanted something that was more focused on the whole package. Classes, food and spa. 

What has been your favorite thing about Opti-Life?

I have a few favorite things but they kinda tie in. I love all the classes and teachers! I absolutely love the variety of fun different classes and  the teachers are amazing. They always know when to push us and the right things to say. It’s always when I’m ready to give up they say exactly what I need to keep going. 

What Inspires you?

I’m inspired by others! All of the people at Opti inspire me to want to be healthy and strong 

What's your favorite healthy snack?

I love love pb fit! I love to eat it with apples, throw it in Greek yogurt or my protein shakes! 

How has Opti-Life improved your life?

Opti-life has improved my life in so many ways. I have pushed myself harder then ever  have. It’s pretty amazing what you are capable of when you truly hard your hardest. It’s been such a good thing for my metal health as well I’m able to leave everything at the door and have time to refocus our busy lives. I have also made some of the most amazing friends! 

What is one of your goals for 2018?

My goal for 2018 is to gain more muscle mass! But don’t we all ;)
