These are great to have prepared and ready to grab for healthy on the go snacks or for packing lunches in a pinch.

Stefanie Griffin is Opti-Life’s Nutrition Director and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Health, is a ACE certified personal trainer, and is also Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified. She went through her own 125 pound weight loss 6 years ago and has found her passion over the last 2 years helping other people lose weight, gain confidence, and learn how to put a healthy spin on the comfort foods they love. She is a mom of two and has been married for 11 years to her husband Josh. Being a mom of two very active and picky eaters and having experienced her own lifestyle transformation will give our members someone to continually seek guidance and advice from.
