Nicole Rollins is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and Registered Dietitian. She has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Memphis and a BS in Food and Nutrition from the university of Alabama. She grew up competing in gymnastics, cheerleading and track and then started competing in races and various fitness endeavors since graduating from college. She has worked with athletes training for specific run goals and coached fitness competitors.
She has a passion for food as fuel no matter if training for daily life or a fitness event. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian, she has been studying different eating patterns and supplements to help clients find the best way of eating for their individualized needs and goals. She believes that everyone is different and can achieve the results they desire with the right fuel.
