Stefanie Griffin is Opti-Life’s Nutrition Coordinator and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Health, is a ACE certified personal trainer, and is also Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified. She developed her nutrition coaching approach through her own 125 pound weight loss 6 years ago and has found her passion over the last 2 years helping other people lose weight, gain confidence, and learn how to put a healthy spin on the comfort foods they love. She believes nothing should be "off limits" and teaches people how to eat within their portions and make a true lifestyle change by preaching moderation instead of elimination. She is a mom of two and has been married for 11 years to her husband Josh. Being a mom of two very active and picky eaters and having experienced her own lifestyle transformation will give our members someone to continually seek guidance and advice from.
