Instructor: Nicole Scheopner

Nicole Scheopner was first introduced to yoga about 7 years ago. As a runner and a cyclist, she enjoyed the physical challenge and the full body workout that yoga provided. She soon realized the practice of yoga worked on a much deeper level, that yoga had the power to heal.
Nicole uses her understanding of anatomy, breathwork, and mindfulness to connect the mind and the body. In her classes, she seeks to help people learn something about themselves that they can utilize on and off the mat.
Nicole has extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. When she is not teaching yoga, Nicole Scheopner works as a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in respiratory support for breath and voice. She enjoys incorporating these specialties into her classes and providing practical applications for everyday life.
