NEXT LEVEL COMMUNICATION: Moving beyond drama into healthy game-free relationships.

Presented by Opti-Life Co-Founders, Matt and Erika Lillie

Do you notice yourself stuck in drama in your personal relationships and/or at work? Do power struggles, arguments, misunderstandings and conflict keep happening? Maybe you have even noticed a pattern in your relationships, with your children, friendships and situations in your workplace. And you are wondering, "do relationships always have to be this hard?" Or maybe you don't personally find yourself experiencing this but you notice many people around you stuck in drama. If so, this workshop is for you!!

In this workshop, we will discuss the Karpman Drama Triangle, developed by Dr. Karpman over 40 years ago, and it still remains very relevant today. We will in detail review the Triangle of Victim, Rescuer and Persecutor- what it is and how to get out. We often subconsciously fall into one of these roles as a default, and often revolve through all three roles, without ever escaping the sabotaging triangle. With awareness and some effort, we can move into much healthier, effective relationships in all areas of our lives. By the conclusion of this workshop, you will be able to identify where you and others may be getting stuck and tools to rise above this.

This class is FREE and open to the public, so bring a friend!
