Come experience Laughter Yoga and learn how you can bring more laughter to your life and community. A typical Laughter Yoga class consists of a series of simple, fun and gentle laughter exercises combined with deep breathing. It can be done sitting or standing. Laughter boosts your health, improves your creativity and helps you feel refreshed, invigorated and relaxed. Please dress comfortably and leave your yoga mat at home.
