Chelsea has been working in the health and fitness field for 7 years as a group fitness instructor, Pilates instructors, personal trainer, and health coach. She has a passion for helping people create healthy lifestyles that allow them to be the best version of themselves in all area of their lives. Chelsea has a masters degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University and is also a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Chelsea believes in providing health education to empower people to make choices they feel confident about when it comes to their health.
